As an experienced Intercultural Communications Consultant, I understand the challenges that can arise when working with teams in different countries and cultures. My goal is to help Ukrainian companies effectively communicate and collaborate with their customers, partners, and development teams in the United States and other Western countries, as well as in India.
My consulting services include the following:
- Cultural assessments: I will conduct a thorough analysis of your team’s or organization’s current intercultural communication practices and identify issues and areas for improvement.
- Training and development: I will design and deliver customized training programs for your employees, covering topics such as cross-cultural communication, cultural intelligence, and global teamwork.
- Coaching and mentoring: I will work one-on-one and in teams with your employees to help them improve their intercultural communication skills and navigate cultural differences in the workplace.
- Communication support: In-depth ongoing support, including standing in or shadowing a project manager or a scrum master for a few cycles of development. Additional special trainings include preparing for business trips, interviews and negotiations.
- Implementation and monitoring: I will work with you to implement my recommendations and monitor their effectiveness over time.
My fees are based on the scope of the project, level of engagement and the number of employees that will be trained. I would be happy to provide a detailed quote for your specific needs.
